Game data

Data from Efficient Games, licensed under CC BY 4.0. Source: JIVESCORP/eg-link-output-wowf on GitHub.

We changed this data: we filtered it to what our pages need, reshaped it into our own format and sometimes combined it with other sources. Efficient Games does not endorse RavenTome or our changes. Their licence covers their own work. Game content in the data, such as names and in-game text, belongs to Blizzard Entertainment.

Talents Forever (if used)

If a page uses talent data from Talents Forever, made by Chris Baldwin, that data is licensed under CC BY 4.0. The page credits it and says whether we changed it.

Sources on every page

Each page lists its own sources, with links and the date we checked them. We write in our own words and link to the original.

Blizzard Entertainment

World of Warcraft: Forever is a game by Blizzard Entertainment.

  • Game images and icons are © Blizzard Entertainment. We take them from the game’s own files and serve them from our own site.
  • Game names and text, such as the names of zones, dungeons, creatures, items and spells, belong to Blizzard Entertainment. Pages in languages with a localized game client use the game’s own names for that language.

We use this content under the rules Blizzard sets for fan sites in its Legal FAQ.
