Report a wrong line
Use the “Report a wrong line” link at the bottom of any page, or write with the subject “Wrong line”. Please include:
- the page link, and the line you mean;
- what you think is right;
- how you know: a link to a Blizzard post, a screenshot, or what you saw in game and when.
We fix wrong lines the same day when we can, and every fix goes into our public changelog with its date. We never publish your name or e-mail address.
Your account and the newsletter
Your account page lets you change, download or delete your data. Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe link. For anything else, such as sign-in problems, write with the subject “Account”.
Questions and ideas
Questions, ideas and offers to help are all welcome at the same address.
For problems with your game account, bans or purchases, please contact Blizzard’s own support. We cannot see or change anything in your game account.
Privacy requests
Write with the subject “Privacy”. We answer free of charge within one month. The privacy page explains what we process and your rights.
Legal notices
For legal notices, rights claims (for example copyright, trademark or personal rights) and official orders, write with the subject “Legal”. We act on official orders without delay.
This address is also our point of contact for authorities and users under the EU Digital Services Act. You can write to it in English or German.
