Classic Swamp of Sorrows dungeon, the Temple of Atal'Hakkar, for about levels 50-60. Not playable on the beta; Forever details come from the client files only.

Level

  • Client data sets level 45 as the minimum; the Group Finder lists 50-60.[1]

Bosses

  • Forever's files carry the 5-player version with its own boss list: 8 bosses, with the Shade of Eranikus as the final one.[1][2]

Loot

  • ChangedLoot was re-itemized for Forever: unique boss drops are now blue (Rare) and new items were added across dungeons.[5]

Legacy

  • Listed as The Temple of Atal'Hakkar in Master Spelunker (level 46-60 dungeons, 1 account-wide Legacy Point).[3][4]

Changed in Forever

  • ChangedCapped at 5 players; Classic Era let groups of up to 10 in.[1]
  • Blizzard's plan for old dungeons: keep their encounters and add small changes through quests and objectives.[6]

Tips

  • Counts as Marsh & Swamp and Haunted for biome gear, so items with those effects get their bonus inside.[7]
